Scope
Five deliverables, one connected platform
Built from scratch — not a template, not a fork. Each deliverable was designed for the role using it, then stitched together into one operational stack.

Timeline
How the six months played out
Phased delivery — dashboards first, then apps, then website — with onboarding, training, and continuous refinement overlapping the final stretch.
Phase Detail
What each phase actually involved
Discovery
Kick-off meeting, stakeholder interviews, operational workflow mapping. Established the scope, the phased rollout, and the success metrics for each deliverable.
Prototyping
Clickable prototypes for the dashboards, both mobile apps, and the website — reviewed with stakeholders before any production code was written. Tight feedback loops produced concrete decisions.
Dashboards
Built the Super Admin and Property Management dashboards first so operations had a system of record before the field tools shipped. Properties, porters, schedules, violations, proof of service, bulk pickups, and audit trail.
Mobile Apps
Porter app and Residential app delivered for iOS and Android. Real-time pickup tracking, push notifications, photo-evidence workflows, and the raise-hand missed-pickup loop.
Marketing Website
Public site built last so it could showcase the actual product, not a pitch deck. Service overview, app links, and the lead funnel for new properties.
Onboarding, Training & Refinement
Role-based training for admins, property managers, and porters — supported by a built-in Job Aid inside the dashboard for ongoing self-serve reference. Slight modifications shipped live as onboarding revealed them — every change logged in Jira, prioritised with the customer, and deployed without interrupting daily use.

Mobile Apps
Two apps for two very different audiences
Both shipped on iOS and Android. The Porter app is a field tool — fast, evidence-driven, photo-required. The Residential app is a resident portal — transparency, push alerts, and a one-tap raise-hand.

Change Management
ADKAR framework
Standing up two dashboards, two mobile apps, and a website is half the work — getting every role to actually adopt them is the other half. We ran the engagement through Prosci’s ADKAR model.
Awareness
Mapped the manual workflows the field teams and property managers were drowning in.
Desire
Aligned with operations on what daily life should look like once the platform shipped.
Knowledge
Trained admins, property managers, and porters on their role-specific tools and flows.
Ability
Hands-on coaching during March – April onboarding, on real properties with real porters.
Reinforcement
Jira-tracked refinement during onboarding kept new habits — and the platform — improving in lock-step.
Tools & Tracking
Sprints kept the build moving — Jira kept it honest
Jira + Sprints
Refinement During Onboarding
Six months from the first discovery meeting to a production platform — two dashboards, two mobile apps on iOS and Android, and a marketing site. Phased, Jira-tracked, and refined live during onboarding so the team launched on tools they already trusted.
