FM Pioneer Time Tracker ("the app") is published by GDI Digital Solutions, LLC. This policy explains what the app does with your information.
The short version: your records never leave your device unless you choose to send or export them yourself. We have no server, so there is nothing for us to see.
The app has no account system, no server, and no network code. We do not collect, transmit, see, or store any information about you or your use of the app. There is no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no third-party software development kits of any kind. The app works entirely offline.
Everything you enter is stored only in the app's private storage on your device: • Your name and your overseer's contact details • Your recorded hours and any notes • Your Bible studies and sessions • Your goals and settings • Your report history This information is covered by your device's own protections, including your passcode and encryption. It is included in your device backup if you back your device up to iCloud or a computer; that backup is between you and Apple, and we have no access to it.
The app can prepare two kinds of outgoing information, and in both cases you are the one who sends it. Monthly reports. The app composes a plain-text message and opens it in your own Messages or Mail app, pre-filled and addressed to the contact you entered. Nothing is sent until you tap send, and it is sent by your messaging or mail provider, not by us. Backups. You can export your records as a single file and save or share it wherever you choose, such as the Files app, iCloud Drive, or AirDrop. The destination is entirely your choice, and the file is governed by that service's own privacy terms. We receive nothing in either case.
You can erase everything from within the app at any time: Profile → Settings → Erase all data. Deleting the app from your device also removes all of its data. Because we never receive your data, there is nothing for you to request from us and nothing for us to delete on your behalf.
The app is suitable for all ages and does not collect data from anyone, including children under 13.
